This is Steve’s ’48 sedan. It has a small block Ford engine with Weber Carbs. Steve says “it can pass anything except a gas station!”
Steve owned the Top End Tees screen printing business on Grand Ave. in Escondido (north end of San Diego County). He produced all the printed t-shirts for the Prowler picnics, Burger Run, Deuce Day, Cruisin’ Grand, et. al. and not to mention all the youth sports in the area.
He is the organizer and coordinator for the Friday night extravaganza called Cruisin’ Grand that has run from April to September since 2000. It has been billed as the most successful event of it’s kind in the country.
